The 1936 Pubco LTD are on the lookout for some full-time and part-time bartenders to join the team at White Hart.
As a Bartender at The White Hart, you will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage customer orders efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for accurate billing.
- Provide excellent hospitality, engaging with patrons to enhance their experience.
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle busy periods smoothly.
Weekend availability is essential - experience is not essential as we consider the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn far more important as a full, comprehensive bar training program will be provided.
Pay rate is NMW, plus share of tips. Experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
