We are looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join the busy lettings department of a very well known and 36 years established firm of Estate Agents in Finchley Central.
The right applicant will be passionate about property, be self motivated , have drive and ambition , have a professional work ethic, have a good telephone manner, be of smart appearance, have access to a car, hold a full UK drivers licence, be happy to work alternative Saturday mornings from 9.30am -1.00pm and live within a 10 mile radius of our office in Finchley Central.
In return we can offer a competitive salary in the region of £45,000-£60,000 with a basic salary of around £25,000 (depending on the applicant's experience) including monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses, a 15% commission structure rising to 20%,, with 10% additional commission for any renewals and a petrol allowance. 15% additional sales commission will also be available for any sales deals agreed.
