You’ll sell the full BT telecoms portfolio — mobile, connectivity, cloud voice, data, broadband and security — closing deals over the phone while collaborating with our Senior Field Team to maximise conversion on larger, high-value opportunities.
This role focuses on winning and developing larger SME clients (20+ employees, multi-site, growth-focused businesses).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new high-value SME telecoms accounts
- Selling across the BT product portfolio
- Targeting larger businesses with complex, multi-product requirements
- Working alongside our Senior Field Team on strategic or multi-site opportunities
- Running consultative discovery calls with Directors and senior decision-makers
- Managing your pipeline using Salesforce and internal CRM systems
- Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and deeper portfolio penetration
- Achieving ambitious revenue and margin targets
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven B2B telecoms sales experience (required)
✔ Experience selling mobile, connectivity and hosted/VoIP solutions
✔ Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
✔ Comfortable engaging business owners and senior leaders
✔ Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
✔ CRM disciplined (Salesforce preferred)
✔ Motivated by high earnings and career progression
The Package
£32,000–£38,000 basic salary
£55,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
Hybrid working after 6 months (performance-based)
Internal progression to Field Sales
