Maintenance Engineer – Hospitality | London
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a busy hospitality operation across two London sites. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining catering equipment, supporting building services, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the premises.
Key responsibilities

Service, repair, and fault-find on electric and gas catering equipment, including fryers, grills, cookers, and refrigeration.

Support basic HVAC and plumbing maintenance.

Carry out general repairs, decorating, and day-to-day fabric maintenance.

Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance issues to minimise downtime.

Essential criteria

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Diploma.

17th/18th Edition BS7671.

Commercial Gas Safe certification.

Strong practical knowledge of catering equipment, HVAC, and plumbing.
