We are an established, respected Estate Agency based in Dorset promoting freehold Property sales in southern Spain to the British & Irish market for 40 years, there are no cold calls & our clients are expecting to be contacted by our group.
We are looking for confident, conversationalists who can talk freely to a more mature, wealthy clientele who are genuinely looking to buy holiday or permanent homes in Spain, they are already aware of who we are & what we do, the calls are mainly to touch base & explain what professional ‘stress-free’ viewing services we can provide to serious buyers, then pass the clients details & comments onto our senior managers.
The position is initially part time based in our Central Bournemouth office 1 day a week & the rest can be from home, hours can be variable starting around 12 hours per week, good hourly rate & an attractive, exceptional bonus scheme & other costs paid.
Full on-site training given, occasional trips to Spain & happy friendly working environment, ideally applicants will be in the Dorset area & free to travel to central Bournemouth, the position would ideally suit those with previous telephone / property experience & dealing with serious enquiries, this a part time / self employed position with genuine potential to earn serious money.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
