Job Opportunity: Driving Range Manager
Location: Kingsdown Golf Club, Wiltshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
- Summer (April–September): 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Winter (October–March): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: 5 days per week, including weekends
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Kingsdown Golf Club is one of Wiltshire’s premier golfing venues, offering a welcoming and professional environment for members and visitors alike. Our practice facilities, including our driving range, are a key part of our commitment to helping golfers improve their game.
We are now seeking a proactive and customer-focused Driving Range Manager to oversee the daily operations of our driving range and deliver a top-class experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the driving range
- Drive the Driving Range Business forward including token, coffee and snack sales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Monitor equipment, ball dispensers, and range stock
- Monitor ball levels and pick up daily
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures
- Liaise with the club’s management and greenkeeping teams
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for golf or previous experience in a golf setting (desirable)
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working weekends
- Basic technical understanding of ball dispenser machinery (training can be provided)
