- Able to work with a year group team to create stimulating learning environments.
- Committed to developing good relationships with staff at school, children, parents and outside agencies.

- Able to regularly cover classes during PPA and Management time
- Able to take an active role in the classroom working with groups, delivering interventions, participating in live assessment and working with children of all abilities and stages during lessons.
- Passionate about using relational approaches with children and the wider staff team.
- Able to embody our values of being Caring, Committed, Calm, Connected and Curious.
