We are looking for a Junior Assembly Worker who will support the assembly of basic mechanical and electrical components and assist with pipework and flange fitting while learning established safety and quality standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assembly of electrical / mechanical products manufactured by the company.
Including:
-Basic metal and plastic pipe work assembly
-Bolting flanges and mechanical fittings
-Fitting and wiring of simple compact ozone products
- Testing of equipment, including documentation of results and findings.
Including:
-Hydraulic Pressure Testing
-Vacuum testing
-Basic Function testing
- Complete production check lists and timesheets.
- Picking and packing of goods for despatch.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and practices.
- Adhere to company quality control processes and procedures.

Skills and experience
- Previous experience in mechanical pipework assembly and basic wiring would be an advantage.
- Skills in PVC solvent welding would be an advantage.
- A valid counter-balanced forklift license would be an advantage
Start date: as soon as possible
Contract: 38.5 hours per week
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
