Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Barista/All Rounder to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our coffee shop, crafting delicious beverages, assisting with food prep, and ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to company standards.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all food safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and engaging with customers warmly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with serving, stock replenishment, and general duties.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service.
- A friendly attitude with a passion for delivering great service in a team-oriented environment.
