We have a range of opportunities available across mainstream primary schools and specialist SEND settings, including day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term placements.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to support learning and development.

Provide additional support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and wider school teams.

Support pupils with their confidence, independence and personal development.

Adapt confidently to different schools, year groups and classroom environments.
We're looking for individuals who are:

Experienced working with children or young people (school experience is desirable).

Passionate about helping children learn and develop.

Patient, positive and enthusiastic with a caring approach.

Confident communicators who enjoy working as part of a team.

Flexible and able to adapt to different school settings.

Available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm on their chosen working days.

In possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one.
