Duties

- Use effective communication skills to answer customer inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing clear information about products and store policies
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote special offers, new arrivals, or complementary products
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks during busy periods while adhering to store procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, stock counts, and inventory checks
- Strong organizational skills to keep shelves tidy and stockroom orderly
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact confidently with customers and team members
