Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are clean and sanitised.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.
- Maintain an organised cleaning cart with all necessary supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting guest privacy.
