Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take orders accurately and efficiently from guests, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock levels and equipment sanitation in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems with basic math skills for accurate billing
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
- Restock bar supplies as needed, tracking inventory levels to prevent shortages
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages guest engagement and repeat visits
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and serving procedures will help you excel in this role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing stock levels
