Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary mise en pas
- Ensure timely food preparation that meets safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Must Have a right to work in the UK- we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
- Minimum of two years of high-level cooking experience
- Previous experience as a chef essential
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
