Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join our landscaping team, working on high-quality garden build projects. This is a hands-on role focused on construction and outdoor work, not basic garden maintenance.
You will be involved in a wide range of landscaping projects including patios, fencing, decking, artificial grass, pergolas, and general groundworks. The role suits someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to develop real skills in landscaping and construction.

Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of landscaping projects including patios, fencing, decking, and artificial grass
- Carry out physical groundwork such as digging out, barrowing, and preparing levels
- Use tools and machinery safely and confidently (training can be provided where needed)
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality garden builds
- Keep the site clean, tidy, and running efficiently
- Turn up on time, ready to work, and follow instructions properly
- Maintain a high standard of work and take pride in the finished result
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements on-site
Requirements
- Some experience in landscaping, groundwork, or construction (e.g. laying slabs, mixing mortar, basic site work)
- Confident using basic hand tools and willing to learn new skills on the job
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work including lifting, digging, and working outdoors in all weather
- Good attitude and work ethic, reliable, turns up on time, and gets stuck in
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience with patios, fencing, decking, or similar landscaping work
- Experience using power tools or small plant
- Confidence driving a van and trailer (if licensed, you may be asked to drive when required)

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
