The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of professional treatments while ensuring every guest receives a relaxing and memorable spa experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing a variety of massage and beauty treatments to a high professional standard
- Providing personalised treatment advice to guests
- Recommending spa retail products where appropriate
- Assisting with spa bookings and diary management
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Supporting the spa team in delivering exceptional guest service
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, professional, and enthusiastic
- Enjoys interacting with guests and creating a relaxing environment
- Works well as part of a team but can also work independently
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments
- Maintains excellent hygiene and spa standards
Experience in manicures and pedicures would be an advantage but is not essential.
Skills & Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Temple spa Qualification will be an advantage .
