Bidvest Noonan are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join us on a part-time basis.
As a Maintenance Operative onsite, you’ll be focusing on delivering and maintaining a quality standard onsite with our client.
You’ll be comfortable proactively managing your own time whilst working as part of a wider team, we are looking for someone with a positive outlook. Someone who wants to continually make difference to their and others working environment.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure all checklists are signed off as required.
- Respond to incidents following the agreed procedures
- Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours.
- Dealing with spillages.
- Emptying waste bins.
- Servicing entrance and exits
- Maintaining designated external areas
Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery

Skills and Experience required.
- Do you have experience in a similar role desirable but not essential as full training will be provided?
- Do you have strong Communication skills?
- Do you hold a Driver’s License Preferred but not Essential?
- Are you flexible and adaptable?
