- Build and develop your own portfolio of client accounts
- Maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Keep an accurate and organised record of leads, conversations and opportunities
- Provide regular updates on your sales pipeline
- Work towards individual and company sales targets
- Support the handover of confirmed projects to our delivery team

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable approaching and speaking with senior decision-makers
- Can build positive and professional client relationships
- Is organised and able to manage several opportunities at different stages
- Is commercially aware and confident discussing budgets
- Can work well under pressure and remain focused on targets
- Is proactive, resilient and comfortable taking ownership of their work
- Has a genuine interest in sport, entertainment, marketing or live events
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
Previous sales experience would be beneficial, particularly within marketing, media, events, sponsorship or sport. However, full training will be provided, and we would also consider an ambitious candidate with the right attitude and communication skills.

- Uncapped commission
- A commission structure designed to reward strong performance
- Full training and ongoing support
- The opportunity to work across marketing, experiential and live-event projects
- Exposure to recognised organisations within sport and entertainment
