TGS International Group is a specialist technical recruitment firm focused exclusively on data centres and critical infrastructure. We operate across the UK, Europe, APAC, the Nordics, and the Americas. Our clients include hyperscalers, colocation providers, and Tier 1 contractors running some of the most significant infrastructure programmes on earth.
We are six consultants today. Twelve by end of year. Twenty-plus by next year. We are hiring because we are expanding, not backfilling. The opportunity to grow with this business, in billing, leadership, or geography, is real and it is now.
THE MARKET YOU WILL WORK
Every hyperscaler, colocation provider, and enterprise infrastructure team globally is competing for the same finite pool of engineers, project managers, operations professionals, and critical environment specialists. The AI infrastructure wave has accelerated demand to a level the industry was not built to supply.
You will work permanent and contract. You will have live client relationships from day one. You will not be fighting over the same job boards as forty generalist recruiters.
