As Showroom Sales Manager - Design, Inspire & Deliver Exceptional Experiences
Are you passionate about sales, design, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Advisor to join our experienced and supportive team, where you’ll play a key role in turning customers’ ideas into beautifully finished spaces.
This is more than a sales role—you’ll guide customers through an exciting journey from initial inspiration to completed project, making a real impact every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of the full customer journey:
- Delivering outstanding service that leaves every customer confident to recommend us
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending the perfect products and solutions
- Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to final transaction
- Surveying, planning, and designing complete bathroom projects tailored to each customer
- Ordering products and project managing installations with the support of to ensure a seamless experience
- Handling any queries, returns, or concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintaining accurate customer records and staying organised throughout each project
- Working closely with your team to ensure every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience
- Driving performance by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and sales success:
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales management and in an Assisted Sales Management Retail Environment such as Bathrooms, Kitchens or Furniture.
- A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to succeed
- The ability to manage multiple projects
- Bathroom design experience is advantageous—but not essential, as full training will be provided
What You’ll Get
- Basic salary: £35,000
- Realistic on-target earnings: £40,000 - £50,000
