We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who is willing to take initiative and bring new ideas to our menus. Here at Dartmoor Inn, Merrivale, we specialise in cooking on fire so there will always be an opportunity to learn new things such as our steaks on our open grill or some of our fish and vegetarian options. We are looking for the right person to join our team.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years experience in the role or simular
- A team player
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has attention to detail.
- Able to handle high-pressure environments in a calm and collected manner.
