Recruitment Consultant = Temp recruitment
Location = Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

THE OPPORTUNITY
To take over a driving and logistics desk (with some warehousing works) – with 57 requirements to deliver on from day 1.
Have the desire and ability to grow your own new business wins in the local area without competition.
Grow your desk, GP and client base – giving you the chance to earn extremely well and have clear and transparent progression in front of you.
You will be able to take charge autonomously of your desk, but also take advantage of the support network around training, development, progression as well as the national sales team feeding you larger accounts to sit on your desk.
A real chance to deliver, sell and grow – earn very well and be in a stable and supportive business.

ABOUT YOU
Experience in recruitment is essential. Any sector considered as long as you have some experience selling into private sector companies.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow - develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
