The Opportunity
Naturewall has grown considerably over the last four years and is now looking to strengthen its customer care team further. We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who is results driven, solution led and always puts the customer first.
Key Responsibilities
You will work alongside other members of the Customer Care Team to:
- To answer all calls in a timely and efficient manner tracking and recording customer enquiries.
- To respond to and monitor until completion all email tickets via our customer care system Zendesk.
- To reply to live chat messages via Zendesk and track enquiries within the agreed timeframe.
- To process and input sales orders into our website management system.
- To track and record returns or exchanges via the relevant platform.
- To feedback complaints and praise to relevant departments via line manager.
- To perform after sales calls to drive sales and to develop customer relations.
- To work cross department to ensure clarity on order/delivery requests.
- To represent the business professionally in relation to all other incoming calls or visitors.
Required Skills and Experience:
· 2+ years sales and or customer service experience.
· Experience in achieving targets/KPI’s.
· High level of verbal and written communication skills.
· Enthusiastic, positive and a can-do attitude with a solution led mindset.
· Ability to multitask and problem solve while working quickly and accurately.
