Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff, mainly lunchtime & evening dinner service
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other restaurant and kitchenware
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Stock and organize supplies in the kitchen
- Follow all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Help with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or preparing salads
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
Note:
This position does not require any specific educational qualifications.
4 days a week Sunday, Monday Tuesday Wednesday , split shift,seasonal
Christmas and New Year holiday off, live in available at request, evening shifts ends at maximum 8.30.
Training will be provided on the job.
