Accounts Assistant / Book keeper required to work 2/3 days a week
Ealing dental group delivers NHS and private healthcare services across multiple locations. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper/ Accounts assistant to join our Finance Team at our Ealing head office for 2/3 days a week.
We need someone with experience in UK for atleast one year

Reporting to the Finance head, you will play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day running of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
- Raise customer invoices and assist with credit control.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, expenses and financial documentation.
- Reconcile inter-company transactions across the Group.
- Assist with month-end procedures and management accounts.
- Produce reports and analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel.
- Respond to finance-related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the Finance Manager with general accounting and administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations
About you:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or within a finance/accounts role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Experience using Xero (desirable).
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- AAT qualification or currently studying towards AAT (desirable).

Pay: £13.00 to £15 per hour (depending on experience)
