Responsibilities
- Assist the Course Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Educate team members on best practices and operational standards.
- Monitor machinery performance along with maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the industry.
- Pa1,Pa2&Pa6 essential.
- CS30/31 preferred.
- NVQ 2 essential (working towards level 3).
