Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, adhering to established standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and elevators to uphold the overall appearance of the property.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently while providing friendly service to guests.
Requirements
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly preferred.
- Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
