Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership
- Open and close the store with care and consistency, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Oversee shift operations, keeping everything running like clockwork during busy periods.
Team Support & Motivation
- Supervise and guide the team, keeping morale high and standards even higher.
- Lead by example to create a fun, focused, and productive working environment.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives warm, friendly, and professional service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation across front and back of house.
- Monitor the flow of service to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
Training & Development
- Assist in onboarding and supporting new team members.
- Reinforce company standards and help staff perform at their best.
Stock & Cash Handling
- Assist with inventory checks and highlight stock needs to the management team.
- Support cash handling duties and assist with till reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Health & Safety
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
- A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Calm and focused under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Passionate about creating a great experience for customers and team members alike.
Pay: From £13.20 per hour
