We are looking for a skilled Painter / Finisher to join our growing garden room team.
This role involves a combination of spray painting and hand finishing, so we're looking for someone who can produce a high-quality finish using both methods.
You'll be responsible for traveling to site, prepping, painting and finishing our customers garden rooms to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling and masking.
- Apply paints and finishes using a spray gun where required.
- Carry out hand painting and finishing to achieve a premium finish.
- Inspect completed work and carry out touch-ups as needed.
- Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organised.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in painting, spray finishing or a similar role.
- Experience using spray guns (HVLP, airless or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to produce high-quality hand-finished paintwork.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Own vehicle.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
- Experience in joinery, furniture, automotive or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.
