What You’ll Do as a Service Engineer
You’ll be out on the road in your local area, responding to service calls, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping our machines running at their best.
You’re not just fixing equipment — you’re the trusted face of Regal, bringing calm, confidence and great service when customers need it most.
From software updates and part replacements to routine maintenance, you’ll help our customers keep doing what they do best, with minimal downtime and total peace of mind.

- Practical, logical and great at fixing things
- Friendly, professional and calm with customers
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in electronics, gaming, engineering or service repair is a bonus — but attitude matters most, and we’ll train the right person
