- Salary: 44 hours per week = Circa £32,032 per annum
- Annual leave: 22.5 days per annum (including bank holidays) for a 4-day week
- Available shifts: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 18:00 (44 hours per week)

About the role - Roles and responsibilities
General
- Be responsible for all aspects of the mixing process including, but not limited to, bulk material delivery, drying machines, ensuring all hoppers/silo’s are correctly filled, granulater operation.
- Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Be comfortable with some elements of heavy lifting.
- Recording agreed process parameters to assist with standardised set up and product stability.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly
Setting
- Ensure all material is tested for moisture upon delivery and as requested by the relevant process.
- Ensure all dryers are running and record all parameters.
- Ensure that granulators are used when required and report any reasons why they have not been used.
- Ensure that the correct ancillary equipment is connected correctly and set up.
- Be able to troubleshoot, condition set and optimise.
- Carry out audits, trials & update records in order achieve process optimisation
Maintenance
- Communicate any mechanical related issues to the relevant department.
- Carry out cleaning as required to ensure machines run correctly and efficiently.
- Assist maintenance with plan issue resolutions.
Desired Knowledge, skills & Experience
- Ability to trouble shoot & provide solutions
- Good organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good PC Skills
- Counterbalance forklift license (desired)
- Telehandler licence (desired)
