Due to continued company growth and the addition of several new clients, RMS Ltd is looking to recruit a skilled Maintenance Joiner to join our expanding team.
RMS Ltd is a privately owned refurbishment and maintenance company with over 20 years of industry experience. Based in Nottingham, we deliver high-quality refurbishment, maintenance, and small construction works across the East Midlands and surrounding regions.
The Role:
The successful candidate will carry out quality joinery work across maintenance, refurbishment, and small construction projects, working across a variety of sites. Work will be allocated in line with daily project schedules and reactive maintenance callouts, so flexibility and initiative are key.

- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and professionalism
- Is comfortable working in busy environments and meeting project deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience working as a multi-skilled on-site Joiner
- City & Guilds Advanced Craft / NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 penalty points)
- Valid CSCS Skilled Worker Card
Desirable
- Experience with basic plumbing, plastering, and tiling
- Certifications in Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Working at Height
