We're looking for a Senior Cleaning Lead, who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Rate of Pay: £15.90 per hour
Location: Network Rail, York Campus, Cinder Lane, York, North Yorkshire, England YO26 4ZD
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team across 3 sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
