Role Overview
The Service Co-ordinator for Spare Parts will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Spare Parts Department, ensuring efficient processing of orders, customer enquiries, and departmental support activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting both the Spare Parts and Service Departments.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing spare parts orders for both domestic and export customers
- Preparing and issuing customer quotations
- Raising invoices for spare parts and service activities
- Managing the dedicated Spare Parts email inbox
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Maintaining spare parts information within our CRM
- Updating the parts catalogue
- Compiling lists of critical spare parts and actively promoting sales opportunities
- Providing administrative support to the Service Department as required
As part of the role, full training will be provided to enable support of the wider Service Department and to provide cover during periods of annual leave.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
- Previous customer service experience
- A positive attitude and good sense of humour
Previous technical or engineering industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
