Responsibilities

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest interactions are courteous and positive
- Support multilingual guests by providing clear communication in their preferred language when possible
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional guest interactions
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest services with a friendly, energetic approach
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservation systems and front desk procedures
