Sous Chef
We are looking for an ambitious and hard working senior sous chef to join our team. Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a multi award winning AA Rosetted restaurant, serving modern British dishes complemented by the use of local, fresh and seasonal produce, accompanied by an award-winning hotel with first class private dining, conference and events spaces.
You as Sous Chef
You will be hard working and have experience in the industry at this level, preferably with previous rosette experience. Qualifications of NVQ2 and above in catering are essential and you must be capable of running the pass/meat and fish section.
You must be able to supervise shifts, work under pressure, long hours and in a heated environment. You must have ambition to succeed and shows willingness to work and learn everything possible in your time at The London Carriage Works.
