PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
From day one, you will have real conversations with real people, individuals who've already taken the first step toward a life-changing treatment and just need the right conversation to take the next one.
As a Customer Care Call Centre Assistant at The Wimpole Clinic Ltd., you will reconnect with prospective patients who previously expressed interest in our services. Your job isn't to sell; it's to listen, reassure, and guide. Because of this, your role is absolutely pivotal in shaping the patient experience and driving the clinic's success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Reach out to prospective patients via phone to re-open the conversation warmly, professionally, and on their terms
- Listen carefully to understand where they are in their journey and what questions or concerns are holding them back
- Educate patients about Wimpole's treatments and help them understand what the process actually looks like
- Build genuine rapport these aren't cold calls; they're conversations with people who've already shown interest
- Keep detailed, accurate records and work alongside the patient advisory and sales teams
- Contribute to team conversion targets while maintaining a thoughtful, patient-first approach
