BrandArt is a creative, growing business designing and supplying bespoke branded products to popular visitor attractions. We’re looking for a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys developing existing relationships, spotting opportunities within warm accounts, and building long-term value - not just chasing cold leads all day.
This role is ideal for someone who likes proper account ownership: understanding customers, recommending the right products, and seeing projects through from quote to delivery, supported by strong internal teams.
What you’ll be doing
Growing existing customers
- Manage and develop a portfolio of active accounts, increasing annual spend through repeat orders, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and becoming a trusted point of contact.
Account management & sales activity
- Account manage our sundry item customer base, ensuring smooth ordering, clear communication and consistent repeat business.
- Proactively contact customers and prospects via phone and email to generate new opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs agreed with your line manager.
Project & commercial ownership
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes for bespoke products.
- Work closely with Creative, Design and Compliance teams to brief customer requirements and support product setup.
- Run landed cost price sheets (LCPs) and support margin control on bespoke orders.
- Use ERP/CRM systems to manage customer records, follow-ups and order history.
This is a varied, end-to-end role where you’ll gain strong commercial exposure and visibility across the business.
What we’re looking for
- Around 2+ years’ experience in a sales, account management or commercial role (B2B preferred). A strong customer service background will also be considered.
- Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport.
Pay & progression
- Competitive base salary (dependent on experience).
- OTE of up to £40,000.
- Warm accounts and repeat business already in place - you’re not starting from scratch.
