With two London boutiques, an international franchise presence and wholesale partnerships with leading global retailers in the GCC, the brand is entering its next phase of strategic growth — expanding both digitally and internationally while remaining true to its heritage.
The Role
We are looking for a Boutique Manager to run our West End boutique.
This is a full-time position where you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
As the face of the brand, you will inspire and develop a small high-performing team, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and operational excellence, to secure its position within the luxury retail market.
Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in achieving sales objectives and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team to deliver the finest luxury customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver excellence in clienteling and train others in the team to follow your example.
- Investigate and instigate opportunities for driving potential clients to the boutique.
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all aspects of the boutique reflect the company's premium image and service standards.
- Take ownership of visual merchandising, boutique presentation and operational excellence to maintain a world-class retail environment.
- In conjunction with our other store Manager, arrange staffing schedules and stock management, product assortment and seasonal launches.
- Ensure all company policies and operational procedures are consistently maintained.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Boutique Manager or Assistant Manager withinluxury handbags, fashion or accessories.
- A natural ability to be an excellent salesperson who really loves to sell and inspire others in the team to equal your abilities.
- Very strong clienteling experience with a passion for delivering a personalised luxury service.
- Flexible, proactive and adaptable with a positive, hands-on approach.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
