Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated night manager to join our team, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, following established cleaning procedures.
- Sweeping, mopping and polishing floors.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Manual lifting and moving furniture. Manage the set-up of event spaces as required.
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
- Ensuring set up is completed timely and accurately to a high standard.
- Handling any issues calmly and efficiently.
- Work harmoniously with all members of the team at Colshaw Hall.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fast-paced hospitality would be good, but not essential.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Full UK Driving license
- Flexible availability – shift times between 6pm and 3am
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
