We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Front of House Team Member to join our award-winning independent tea rooms in the heart of the beautiful Peak District. If you love great coffee, excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm, friendly smile.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Preparing barista-quality hot and cold drinks.
- Serving food and drinks to tables.
- Operating the till and handling payments.
- Keeping the café clean, organised and welcoming.
- Washing up
- Working with the kitchen and front of house team to provide outstanding customer service.
- What We're Looking For
- Previous café or restaurant experience.
- Barista skills desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible and reliable mainly week day but may be required for some weekend availability.
- Reliable transport preferred due to our rural location.

Hours
- 16–22 hours per week
- Day shifts between 9:00am and 5:00pm
- Weekend working may be required
Essential Requirements
Hospitality experience: 1 year
Customer service experience: 1 year
Right to work in the UK
Able to reliably commute to Eyam before starting work.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
