Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient FOH to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and light food items. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer queries, and provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and process card payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly.
- Follow food safety standards at all times, adhering to health regulations and hygiene protocols.
- Restock supplies as needed, including ingredients, cups, lids, and other essentials to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene.
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience
Pay: £12.50-£14.50 per hour
