Working as part of Tatton Park’s marketing team, you will support the end-to-end group bookings process, responding to enquiries, processing bookings and payments, coordinating information across teams, and helping to ensure Tatton’s group visitors receive an excellent experience. You will be confident managing a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records for Travel Trade contacts, producing correspondence and invoices, and supporting the smooth operation of the bookings function.
You will have good judgement, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands while working within established procedures and deadlines. A proactive and flexible approach is essential, along with a commitment to providing high standards of customer service.
- Experience working in a customer service, sales, bookings or administrative environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills, including the ability to process invoices and booking information accurately.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- A patient, professional and customer-focused approach.
- An understanding of confidentiality, data protection and information handling requirements.
