Internal Recruiter – Job Overview
This role involves working as part of a team of 6. You will have full ownership of a set geographical area and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, vetting and interviewing and deployment of all permanent positions for the company within a fast-paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Advertising roles (approx. 20 at any given time) – selecting, vetting, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates
- Proactively resourcing candidates for critical roles, ensuring KPIs are achieved
- Liaising with department managers regarding requirements
- Arranging and attending virtual interviews
- Gaining interview feedback and offering positions
- Liaising with onboarding and compliance teams
Internal Recruiter – Required Skills and Experience
- Experience working within agency or in-house recruitment is essential
- Experience of working on a fast-paced and high volume perm desk - where quality is paramount
- Passionate about recruitment and finding high quality candidates
- Familiar dealing with internal stakeholders, managing expectations
- Confident using a range of different systems
- Competent in Excel
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Resilient and totally comfortable with change
- Confident partnering with key decision makers in the business
