Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive resident care during overnight shifts, ensuring comfort and safety for all residents
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ conditions, utilizing your skills and knowledge to inform care plans
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to prescribed orders and protocols
- Monitor vital signs, respond to resident needs promptly, and document all care activities meticulously
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless resident support
- Educate residents and their families about health management, medication usage, and recovery processes
- Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in resident care practices
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessments and interventions
- Demonstrated ability to administer medications safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and compassionate resident interactions
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of care
- Current nursing license valid in the applicable jurisdiction; CPR certification preferred
