Who Is Our Client?
Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Swansea. They specialise in representing established brands through face-to-face campaigns across both residential & event-based environments, prioritising direct customer engagement.
Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to bring in new team members as Entry-Level Sales Advisors, offering an opportunity to start a career in sales and marketing.
Who Fits the Team?
No previous experience is required, as all successful candidates will receive structured training once they start to learn how to carry out the role effectively, with ongoing support as they develop.
- Availability: Able to commit to full-time work (5 days per week, Monday–Friday)
- Location: Based in or able to commute to Swansea office daily
- Attitude: Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Confidence: Comfortable speaking with the public in busy environments
- Background: Experience in hospitality (waiting staff/bar staff), retail or customer service is helpful but not required
Daily Responsibilities:
- Attend morning briefings at the Swansea office for training and goal setting
- Represent brands across residential and high footfall event campaigns within the Swansea area
- Engage with customers, explain services and assist with sign-ups
- Work towards daily targets and track performance
- Return to the office to complete admin and review results

Please Note:
