We are seeking a Bristol based Customer Service Advisor who cares about our customer experience. You must possess a customer focused attitude and ability to pick up the phone and engage with customers and colleagues. We supply and support a wide range of partners – from high-street chains to independent coffee shops, to online retailers and coffee roasters, bars, hotels and restaurants all over the world. Key Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for our existing and prospective customers providing a friendly and efficient service
- Handle phone and emailed orders processing them into our ERP system accurately
- Answer a wide range of customer queries
- Administrative tasks including new account set ups, account maintenance and invoicing
- Liaise with our transport providers to resolve queries on deliveries
- Provide a support service for our commercial blender customers and arrange repairs
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments within the business
Requirements:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A confident communicator by phone and email, with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in a wide range of administration tasks
- Strong organisational skills, a problem solver and the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- A team player, proactive with a can-do attitude
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Good IT, Microsoft office, Excel & ERPs experience
- Based within walking, driving or public transport distance of the Bristol office
