Location: Norwich
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,800 per annum with a performance-based pay review after 6 months
A higher salary can be negotiated if you have had previous relevant experience working in Will Writing and Estate Planning

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our estate planning company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling paperwork, and happy to support the wider team with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Printing, assembling, and preparing estate planning document packs for clients
- Managing incoming paperwork, including logging, sorting, scanning, and filing documents accurately
- Processing client documentation in line with company procedures
- Maintaining organised physical and digital filing systems
- Assisting with outgoing post and courier arrangements
- Answering general administrative queries and providing basic office support
- Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with printers, scanners, and basic office systems
- Good IT skills (e.g. email, document management, Microsoft Office or similar)
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed
