Responsibilities
- This role will be best suited to an Experienced Registered Manager who enjoys mentoring others and takes a considerate and progressive approach to leadership.
- You will be able to create a family environment for young people in line with our ethos, which encourages development through a warm and nurturing approach.
- As an RM within our organisation, we are looking for someone who has an established track record of running homes and will be required to oversee all aspects of the running of our home. You will promote the development of a high-quality, stimulating, and educationally rich environment in which children and young people can thrive.
- To be responsible for the management and operational delivery of the Cove Child Care Home, and to oversee the implementation of standards as required by OFSTED.

Skills and Experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to undertake training to achieve this)
- Willingness to register as a manager with Ofsted
- Two years’ experience, within the past five years, working in children’s residential care
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly responsible and accountable when it comes to safeguarding children and young people
- Strong knowledge of safer recruitment practices
- A full, valid UK driving licence

Pay: Up to £65,000.00 per year
