Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Benefits:
· Salary: £43,000- 46,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
· Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (including lunch).
· Travel: Door-to-door paid.

We are a well-established Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Heating provider, operating successfully for over 30 years. With a team of more than 200 staff across the UK, we deliver high-quality engineering solutions to blue-chip clients including national and local government, NHS, education, offices, and distribution sites.
Key Responsibilities:Role
- Carry out installation of commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites.
- Install split systems, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, and close control units.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and installation specifications.
- Complete pipework, containment, bracketry, and associated installation works to a high standard.
- Assist with commissioning and system testing where required.
- Carry out remedial and upgrade works on existing HVAC systems.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams.
- Work independently and as part of a wider installation team.

Requirements:
· FGAS 2079 Category 1 certification.
· Previous experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
· Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF, splits
· Full UK driving licence.
· Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
